CallerYeah, it’s already happening. Basically... we’ve got this supplier agreement, and now they’re saying they’re going to stop work unless we agree to new terms. Which is a bit mad, because we’re already halfway through the project.
MayaUnderstood. Is there a deadline tonight, tomorrow morning, or sometime later this week?
CallerTomorrow morning, really. We’ve got a client meeting at eleven, and I just need to know what I can safely say before then. I don’t want to send some stupid angry email tonight and make it worse.
MayaThat makes sense. Because this is time-sensitive, I’ll look for the earliest business contract consultation. I have a priority slot tomorrow at eight forty-five, or a later slot at four fifteen. Which one works?
CallerEight forty-five. Yeah, yeah, that’s perfect. I’ll move my morning around. That’s actually a massive help.
MayaPerfect. I’ll book you for tomorrow at eight forty-five. What name should I put on the appointment?

CallerYeah, this one’s good. And, um... if they happen to call a few minutes early, even better, but yeah, eight forty-five is fine.
