CallerYeah, I have. It was maybe... three months ago? Maybe a little more. It should be under Emma Carter.
MayaThanks, Emma. I've found you here. Nina did a soft balayage and a trim last time. Are you looking for the same kind of refresh?
CallerYeah, mostly the same. I mean... I liked it, but I think I want it a tiny bit darker this time. Not dramatic. I'm not trying to become a whole new person before the weekend.
MayaThat makes sense. I'll note a cut and colour refresh with Nina, slightly darker than last time, but still natural. For Nina, I have Thursday at four fifteen, or Saturday at nine thirty.
CallerSaturday at nine thirty would be amazing. Weekdays are kind of impossible for me.
MayaSaturday at nine thirty with Nina. The appointment will be around two and a half hours. Does that work?
CallerYeah, that's fine. I'll just bring coffee and emotionally prepare.
