Built for transparent, privacy-aware AI reception.

Presive is designed to give you control over disclosure, data handling, retention, and human handoff — with regional setup options. This page describes how the product is built to support privacy-aware reception; it is not legal advice.

How it's built

Control over every call's data.

AI disclosure

Callers can be told they're speaking with an AI receptionist. Disclosure is configurable to your region and preference, so you set the wording and when it's heard.

Data handling

Call data is used to run reception and produce summaries. You decide what's captured and where it's sent, so handling fits your tools and policy.

Call summaries

Every call can be written up and delivered to your team. The outcome is captured as a lead, booking, or follow-up so nothing is lost after the call ends.

Call recording options

Recording can be enabled or disabled per your policy and regional rules. Where recording is used, disclosure can be added wherever it's required.

Data retention

Retention windows are configurable to suit your requirements. Data can be minimized or removed on a schedule you set, rather than kept by default.

Human handoff

Sensitive or urgent calls can be flagged and handed to a person. Handoff follows rules you define, so the right calls reach your team quickly.

Regional setup considerations

Presive is not one global default. We map your operating region during setup and configure AI disclosure, call recording, retention, data handling, and handoff rules around the local requirements that apply.

Sensitive industries

For clinics and regulated workflows, Presive books and informs but does not give professional advice. Escalation rules keep humans in control of judgment calls.

Regional AI rules

Set up for the rules where you operate.

AI reception, call recording, privacy notices, and data retention are handled differently by region. Presive is configured to follow the local AI, privacy, and call-handling rules that apply to your business before launch.

United States

Configured around applicable federal, state, and industry expectations for AI use, caller disclosure, recording consent, privacy notices, and data handling.

United Kingdom

Set up around UK data protection expectations and ICO guidance for AI-assisted services, including transparent AI use, recording notices, and human handoff.

Ireland

Aligned to EU AI Act and GDPR expectations, including transparency for AI interaction, data minimization, retention, and escalation rules.

Canada

Configured around PIPEDA and relevant provincial privacy expectations for AI-assisted services, including notice, data capture, retention, and reviewable summaries.

Singapore

Set up around PDPA expectations and Singapore's AI governance guidance, with clear caller communication, data controls, and handoff rules.

Poland

Aligned to EU AI Act and GDPR expectations, with Polish and English caller flows, regional disclosure wording, and local retention settings.

We document the chosen settings during onboarding. For regulated or higher-risk workflows, your legal or compliance team can review the wording before launch.

AI answers first. Humans stay in control.

Presive summarizes calls, flags uncertain or sensitive conversations, and hands off to a person by the rules you define — so people make the calls that need a person.

Security & data questions

Recording is configurable. It can be switched on or off per your policy and regional rules, and disclosure can be added where it's required. Nothing about recording is fixed by default.

Storage location and retention windows are configurable, and we discuss what fits your requirements during setup. Data can be minimized or removed on a schedule you set rather than kept indefinitely.

Yes — a handoff to a person can be offered, so callers who'd rather speak to someone on your team can be routed to a human based on rules you define.

Presive can book appointments and share information you've approved, but it never gives professional advice. Escalation rules hand sensitive or judgment-based cases to a person on your team.

We're happy to discuss data terms during the consultation and work through what's needed for your setup, so the right arrangements can be put in place before you launch.
