- Who is responsible
- PRESIVE sp. z o.o., Poland, trading as Sites by Presive. Contact: [email protected].
- What we collect
- The details you type into the inquiry form: name, work email, company, website, budget, timeline and your message, and, only if you tick the box for it, the list of pages you read before writing.
- Why
- Only to reply to your inquiry and prepare a proposal (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b), steps taken at your request before a contract).
- How long
- As long as the conversation lasts, and no longer than 12 months after our last message unless we sign a contract.
- Your rights
- Access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and a complaint to the Polish supervisory authority (UODO). Email us to use them.
- Analytics and cookies
- This site sets no tracking cookies. Your browser keeps two things in this tab only (session storage): the list of pages you read, so the contact form can show it back to you, and the form as you type it, so a look at the work does not lose your draft. Both are gone when the tab closes, and neither leaves your browser unless you send it.
