How it is measured
A production build is served locally and measured with Lighthouse 13 (mobile and desktop), Playwright on a 390px phone profile with 4x CPU throttling and Fast 3G, axe-core for accessibility, and separate passes with reduced motion and with WebGL disabled. Two paint figures appear below and they measure different pages: the phone lab loads the 3D, while the Lighthouse run never scrolls, so the canvas it waits for is never mounted.
